I specialize in lived-in color, dimensional brunettes and soft, customized blonding. Along with haircuts designed to complement you in any style, from big, bouncy layers to chic, modern bobs. I’m passionate about creating hair that feels polished, modern, and effortless to maintain. My focus goes beyond how your hair looks the day you leave. I prioritize strategic placement, tailored tones and intentional cuts that support longevity, so your hair grows out seamlessly. I believe great hair is a journey, not a one-time appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling, I require 72 hours (3 days) notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. You may make changes to your appointment up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. For example, if your appointment is on a Wednesday, you must notify me by Saturday to avoid cancellation fees.
Changes made within the 72-hour notice period are subject to my cancellation policy. Any applicable deposits will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. No-shows are not eligible to reschedule.
New Color Client Deposit Policy
All new color appointments require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. This deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are nonrefundable under all circumstances. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, deposits will not be refunded due to cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, illness, change of mind, or any other reason. If you choose to reschedule after forfeiting your deposit, a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
By booking your appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not invalidate these agreed-upon terms.
